Painting Process : The paint used is of specific grade and colour. Components are dipped in paint tank. This process ensures evenly paint at the corners , edges and surface of the components.

Powder Coating : It is another method to produce high quality products. Dry paint (Powder) is applied on the component through electric gun and then passed into baking chamber. When powder liquefies it sticks to the component.

The process gives a high end aesthetic sense to products enhancing its quality and looks.

Electro Galvanizing

Nuts & bolts are electro galvanized for protection from rusts.

Packing

Angles & Shelves are packed in bunches according to the size for quality maintenance during delivery.
